The Yankee Livestock Way

At Yankee Livestock, we are dedicated to raising premium Angus beef with a focus on animal welfare and sustainable practices. Our cattle are born and raised on our pastures, enjoying a stress-free environment free from added hormones and antibiotics.

We embrace natural, mother-nature-based practices. Calves are born and nurtured by their mothers, remaining with them until they naturally reach a healthy weaning weight of 400+ lbs. This allows for optimal natural development and strong mother-calf bonds.

We prioritize a low-stress environment for our cattle. They have access to free-choice grain, hay, and lush pastures, allowing them to graze and eat according to their natural instincts. Our automated grain feeding system further minimizes stress, ensuring consistent access to a well-balanced diet.



Our grain ration is carefully formulated to support optimal rumen health and promote exceptional flavor and marbling. It consists of approximately 75% corn, 5% oats, and 20% protein pellets, providing the necessary nutrients for healthy growth and development.
